Imagine walking for miles through the beautiful glade of Sherwood Forest, far away from the bustling crowds around the main visitor attractions.
Wonder at the majestic Ancient Oaks that have lived for centuries. Observe the variety of birds that inhabit the area. Walk amongst the giant Pine trees and other species that make up this natural forest.

3 – 4 mile walks Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays each week
Walks commence at 11.00 am from outside the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre Thursday – Sunday
Evening walks available (3 miles), on Wednesdays (June- Aug)
Prices are £5 per adult, £2.50 per child, (note: unsuitable for children under 8 years old)
Walkers must wear suitable clothing and footwear
Paths unsuitable for buggies, wheelchairs
Well behaved dogs welcome on a lead at all times.
